Originally Aldi, but they ended up on Macon Road. Manchester would have been a better location overall for them, and traffic count wise. I think they're going to put in curbs and stuff, but nothing else for now. You will enter from Warm Springs Road for the hotel.

It appears the old Best Buy building as been purchased, and will be opening as a Crunch Fitness, probably late this year or early next year. Not a horrible option for this location - great visiablity and central location.

So they are closing up the entrance on Manchester? Makes sense since that entrance runs right through the intersection right there.

Also, there is an active senior citizen apartment development in progress beside the The Lakes Apartments on Warm Springs Rd. The building is “L” shaped with 3 floors. First and second floors are up with the third floor going up now.

Low-key, the used car dealership right across from that can get relocated else where. That would make a perfect retail/restaurant outlet considering it will be 3 residential complex all within a minute of each other…

Seems like a large building for just a gym. LA Fitness would have been nice.

This is an old site plan when Aldi was going in front of the hotel. It changed after this with an exit to the back, but without Aldi, I assume the site plan has changed now with exit to Manchester (probably right turn only?) and to Warm Springs and Armor Road

They need to release updated plans or they should be out somewhere at this point. So it’s only going to be a Hampton Inn? No restaurant or retail at all?

Holiday Inn Express. I don't know what else is planned, only hotel for now according to permit. New plans will not be released, they were only release because of the rezoning but that was 2 years ago.
