How far downtown have come.

Right at the 2:50 mark, that is right there at 9th (I think) and Broadway, where the Uptown Marriott is. I'm trying to make out what was right there in the video. It still looks the same. Do you happen to know what it was before it became the Marriott? CSU's NPACE Center is right there across Broadway from that hotel.

The 2:05 mark is where the 13th street bridge at today.

Yes, and just across the street was the Waverly Hotel, demolished to build Carmike Cinema office building.

Even though this was two years before I was born. What was the dinosaur statue doing downtown and what stadium was that for the astro's

Have no idea about the statue but that's probably Golden Park.

Ok Thanks but I thought golden park wasn't constructed intill sometime in the 1990's because it was built for the 1996 softball summer olympics. But I could be wrong
