That picture was taken in 1964.

I would've guessed it was before 1964. All the cars look much older than that.

Yes, there was a time that pretty much all shopping was centered right on the streets of downtown.

1300 Broadway & 1333 Warren Avenue.

I remember this building. It was torn down along with FieldCrest Mill and some other old storefronts for the TSYS riverfront move.
