I would like to have more options of living downtown.....like an apartment tower or condos over 20 stories would be nice, I would consider moving down there for sure!...And have everything you need within walking distance so you don't have to drive anywhere that would be a definite plus!

Convert both of the raymond rowes furniture buildings into apartments like whats in the pictures above that would be nice!

I would rather see them torn down. That would open up some nice space for a mixed-use development.

I can say those illustrations look incredible. I can't wait to see this happen. I'm interested to see what comes of the area north of TSYS that they are talking about developing. Hopefully something with some height to add to the skyline.
