Downtown is boomtown with new restaurants, bars, and stores. With the new Hampton Inn proposed and CSU's Nursing School on the way, foot traffic will increase dramatically. What we need now is a large hotel and mixed-use highrise development to come in. Big things in store for downtown.

Good list! That includes several places I was not yet aware of. I can't access the links from work, but I'll check when I get home.

We will likely get a large hotel once there are more resident units.

Thanks for starting this fountain-of-youth!

Hampton Inn has started the redevelopment of the Aaron's building. Working with city to try and remove the exterior face of the building to hopefully use the original brick under the 80s decor currently on the outside.

That's good to hear. Construction on the old Raymond Rowe building probably start early fall. I heard an extra floor will be added.

We should be seeing the new apartments on the old BTW site real soon. Pipes are being laid in place now.
