The urban infill projects downtown have been a game changer for this city. I do wonder what lots are being looked at for more infill development now.

Hopefully the Wells Fargo parking lot is up next for development. Or the small parking lot next to to Country’s.

I did notice the law office building next to Wells Fargo was painted black to match high side market. It's ugly and hopefully its a sign that something else will eventually be there soon.

That little corner of Veterans and 13th across from Midas. I know its a church overflow parking but it does nothing for that area.

I was driving past Highside and the there is a gym there as well. I agree. It a good place to put something there.

Same, that gym can be one of the ground level retail spaces in a new mixed use development. I really hope developers start building more along 13th St, creating the same presence that’s on Broadway.
