Is a site plan for the retail center available to view? I would be looking for a 40,000 to a 50,000-square-foot grocery store with a pharmacy drive thru. That would indicate a supermarket. If a gas station is included, it could be a Walmart Neighborhood Market supermarket. If a gas station is not included, it could be a Publix supermarket. If there is a 200,000-square-foot sstore with a pharmacy drive thru and gas station, it could be a Walmart Supercenter hypermarket.

Walmart Stores Incorporated has been cautious on opening new stores after closing stores over than span of two years.

No site plans have been publicly released, the proposal for development was approved a few months back.

Sprouts Farmers Market, a specialty organic grocery store, has stores at 25,000 square feet. Its stores would be smaller than supermarkets.

When a site plan becomes available to view, it could help determine which grocery store, if included, could be coming to the retail center.

Is this The Grove development? If so, this site plan has been out for years, but I'm sure it's evolved. I doubt their plans are nearly as much as they original wanted it to be.

I wish they'd put something in Waverly Hall.

I was shocked to watch the news when they showed person after person agreeing with the proposal. Of course it was only 3 people from Hamilton being interviewed, and they would have little if anything to do with that section of the county.

I look forward to watching this unfold!
