In Columbus, business is also a pleasure. Riverfront Place’s new Class-A office building combines the preservation of historic buildings with a focus on the future. The new offices will include lightning speed fiber internet with new universal technology, flexible floorplan configurations on a 25,000 sq. ft. floor plate views of the river, and a carefully designed infrastructure. When you are surrounded by the natural majesty of the Chattahoochee River and the Riverwalk, and just steps away from all that Columbus has to offer, coming to work will seem more like a retreat.

Fantastic project. Double the size as many thought. Especially one poster who I am thinking about. Glad to see this impressive project take off. Good for Synovus and Columbus.

Man would it be nice to see AFLAC join the building boom and progress of downtown.

That looks great! If it matches the rendering it would be 11 stories.

Would rather see a new 20-25 story tower from them. Government Center will be fine.

I am not seeing any press releases regarding Synovus moving to this new building. How did you determine this is actually occurring?

It has not been released but the deal with the city to sell their current facility was in preparation for this project.
