My friend and I (both 23) are planning on moving to Columbus sometime in August and are looking for a 2 Bedroom place that is in or near the Downtown area. We are both working downtown (near State Capital Building and Huntington Building), and do not want to live too far away from work or from the nightlife. We looked into Arena Crossing (
Arena Crossing Apartments | Arena District | Downtown Columbus, Ohio ), but were wondering if anyone had any suggestions that are in or near the downtown area.
To summarize...
Location: In or Near Downtown (within 5-10 minute drive)
Size: 2 Bedroom
Price Range: Anywhere up to $1500/mo
Parking: Preferably on site

Check out Craigslist for loft listings downtown. Most of the apartments and lofts downtown are not part of a group. You need to look for them individually. You could also check out the Short North, Victorian Village, Grandview, Italian Village, Brewers Gate area and German Village they are all within your drive time. Again you will find most of these places listed on Craigslist or metrorentals.com Hope that helps!

My husband and I live at 60 Spring St. The lofts are right downtown and a block away from the Arena District. Best priced in the area and has free indoor parking and cable and gym.
