So I'm going to OSU for grad school in the fall and I've started researching some of the neighborhoods to figure out where I'm going to apartment hunt.

Not familiar with Cleveland, but if you want to be close to OSU and in a nice area, I'd stay with Short North, Grandview, Upper Arlington.
