My first thought in reading your interests was Bexley. I will tell you that the area around Bexley is not the nicest, but once you're in Bexley, it's a neat little entity. Most people that I've known, get in, educate their kids, sell their homes and get out. The homes are expensive, the taxes are atrocious, but the schools have super ratings. The home prices and taxes help keep that circle border of ICK from invading.

Upper Arlington is also another area known for good property return- high costs, little homes, big taxes. However, you can expect that someone interested in taking your spot in UA will come along and buy regardless.

Olentangy schools in Powell is a nice area, walking/jogging/biking sidewalks. Decent home size lots. Newer. Old Powell has a ton of quaint shops.

All these areas are traffic nightmares. But most of Columbus is becoming a traffic nightmare.

Realtor Recommendation- Nicole Yoder Barnhart. Sells a house every 72 hours. Has a staff of like 10. Good at what she does and knows how to market. She is with HER. Office is in Hilliard. If this site wipes her phone number, PM me or google her name. She's easy to find. We've bought and sold with her. Referred her to friends, same results. Homes sold within week to 10 days. Her number is 614 -679 -3412
