I know there are a lot of threads on this type of thing. However, I'm looking for the most up to date information out there. Obviously a rental that was great 5 years ago might not be so great today. So thank you in advanced for any contributions to this thread.
I'm looking for suggestions / recommendations for rentals that would be roughly a 20 minute drive - give or take a few minutes depending on traffic - from Grove City (62/Harrisburg Pike, not Stringtown Rd). Preferably suggestions from people who have lived in these places or had close friends/family that have. I can only Google so much before I start going in circles haha That and online reviews are kind of hit and miss. Seems like people like to complain more than they like to praise - unless they're employees
Anyway, I've got a budget of about $950 a month MAX
without any utilities . Looking for a 2 bedroom with at least 1.5 baths, washer and dryer hookups and at least around 1000 sq. ft. Somewhere child friendly and quiet would be great so I'd like to avoid anything close to OSU campus. We like to take a lot of walks so it'd be cool if the area was walkable or at the very least had some sort of yard - shared or private. I'd love to be in a good school district. Dublin would be ideal but I know $950 doesn't get you very much compared to other places.
I want this thread to be helpful to those besides myself as well, so please be descriptive and feel free to add in places even if they don't fit with what I'm looking for
