Just FYI - The further you go to the NW the more frustrating his commute will be. It would not be uncommon to spend 45 min to an hour between 4 and 6 in the evening. We live in Grandview but have to make the trek to Lewis Center on occasion where the inlaws live, it "drives" me insane. Yes the 270/23/315 interchange is going to help, but I don't believe it will solve the issue.

Some others mentioned the New Albany Area - IMO commutes are better in that direction and you would be closer to "shopping" as far as Easton plus in close proximity to the airport.

I believe Big Walnut is a decent district that is to the NE, perhaps look towards Galena?
