Me and my girlfriend are looking to buy a house for ~130k. Would like to stay below thag. Max 140k. No kids looking for a home for 7-10 years and want to make sure it's a good investment. Don't want hoa. We are currently looking at Huber ridge and we like the area around there east of 270 even better. We also are considering reynoldsburg easy of Waggoner rd. Anyone habe any thoughts on what is the best option of those or any other option? Clearly looking for a safe neighbor hood. Will settle for a smaller house but has to have 1.5 bath or more. Any and all suggestions appreciated. Thanks all

Oh and we both work in reynoldsburg so areas around that are good. We considered pickerington and Pataskala as well. Not sure if we want to be that far out.

kudos to you for being able to afford a house in Ohio . We just moved out of Ohio because we could not afford the property taxes and we are not really snow and ice people . But anyway I encourage you to check out the taxes on the home before you make a commitment . Good luck .

Check out Licking Heights 2 miles east of Waggoner rd. I think you can find house in the 130s and their tax is fairly low compared to Pickerington and Gahanna. Also Havens Corner Rd just north of Blacklick but it may be little higher in tax.
