Where in MD? If near DC, yes you will miss it. Columbus is nothing like DC/MD/NoVA. WHy are you moving?

Baltimore, I've lived in Frederick too. The reason I'm leaving is because I grew up in Columbus and Maryland is not worth what you pay for, NOTHING. Any advise or opinions to add?

The ohio market sucks and it sucked even before the recession. It ain't like DC where you can roll out of bed and get a job within a week or two....I would wait and put up with bmore/dc/va.....lived in Columbia MD and I miss it big time....looking to go back or out to seattle...

MD - has culture, good restaurants, diversity, tolerance, smart aggressive people trying to get somewhere...great nightlife for all age groups....
Ohio - is kind of closed minded and fearful of diversity, conservative, and loaded with people who enjoy just having a job...and the weather is just draining.....most people are in bed by 10:00 and this is the chain capitol of the world....

Only cbus is worth living in....everything else is a joke...

I see economic prosperity in DC/Nova - massive expansion...you will not find that here in ohio....Don't get me wrong Cbus is a great city to raise kids, lower cost of living, and access to the Erie but outside of that not much else...
