Wouldn't worry about cell phone coverage here; Nextel is the worst, but even they are passable, as the land here is relatively open and there are plenty of towers.

When I bought my house I ditched Time Warner Cable and got the DishNetwork; has been great so far, and I now use ATT DSL for Internet. My main issues were with RoadRunner through TW, as I work from home and the DSL has been faster and more reliable for me (I live in an area with a Hilliard phone exchange, btw). For TV alone, TW is ok, and since they only sell the digital boxes anymore the picture is pretty good. Not cheap though, and be prepared for a marketing blitz if they get your home address.

Oh I almost forgot, if you're into High-def (HD) TV, our landscape here lends itself to getting a good HD picture from the local stations; 4,6,10,28,34 and one or two others (?). And it's free; just grab an HD antenna at Best Buy or elsewhere. I'm watching the Cavs (NBA Playoffs) on 6.1 right now.
