My pc wouldn’t start up this am. I had to reboot it from the button on the hard drive. Message came up that it had to find the issue and then it had to erase some stuff but it wouldn’t erase other things, I forgot. Now my email on insight isn’t working properly. I filtered an email from someone I don’t know to go in my trash and now everything from eBay and PayPal is going into my trash. When I try to go to my filter and click new, I get a blank screen. I called Insight and they told me to call MSN about this issue. They want to charge big bucks and they suggested for me to call DELL since they installed it. DELL isn't available this time of night, or maybe I called the wrong number. I'll try again, but anyone know how I can resolve this issue~? Insight told me I probably would have to reinstall my internet explorer. I really don't wanna do that. I called DELL and they told me that my warrenty isn't covered on such an issue and this was going to cost $150-200+ to fix. NO WAY~! Anyone have any idea what I can do~? Thanks.

Is the address you're having trouble with an @insight.com address or @msn.com? If Insight is the ISP, you're not making it clear why they'd direct you to MSN's support.

How are you accessing this mail account? Is it through a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc) or through a mail client installed on your computer (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc)?

Insight told me to contact MSN since their webmail is accessed thru IE. MSN told me that they would have to reinstall MSN, and what Insight also told me. Now when I go to that mail filter it has a X in a red circle and says: Invalid filter format. Please contact your help desk for support. Before it would have a white blank screen
