Friend was telling me about a site where you download and the program tells you whether there is any wifi interference for your location for your wireless network.
He can't remember what its called. Anyone familiar with a good website that can do this? (would be a big help to me right now).
At any given moment, there's interference. Whether it's enough to affect your network's signal, that's another story.
Anyways, try netstumbler. It's a wardriver's weapon of choice. stumbler dot net
Sadly it didn't make it into the Vista/7 era. I used a program called InSSiDer before I got my Droid. Now I just use the phone with a program called Wifi Analyzer for sniffing out wifi.
Keep in mind that these programs only show wifi networks, not other microwave radiation sources in the area that might be jamming your signal.
