Figured out the problem, there are two separate RAM banks (one for CPU0, one for CPU1) and since there isn't a processor in the second slot, the PC can't use the second RAM bank....... fail
Anyways, 6GB is good enough for now, until they upgrade to a second Xeon

I love it when problems resolve themselves. You could always buy a second Xeon
The boss man has actually already ordered them, after finding out about the issue, LOL! They don't even really NEED what they have now, just wasted money IMO, but who am I to say that
