What internal Solid State Drive do you Recommend ? (120gb)

Looking for (In order of preference):

1. Cost - Under $200
2. Reliability - Dont want one with a history of unreliability.
3. Capacity - Anything under 100 GB will not cut it.
4. Speed -I want it as fast as possible.

Where do you recommend me buying it?
