Well, I hope you feel better soon.

OK, I went ahead and created a quick and dirty Windows script for you and attached it to this post (CleanSpool). Feel free to download it anywhere on that PC and extract (unzip) it.
Then you should be able to run it by double-clicking on it. When the script is done, press any key to complete the process, do not X out of the window!
To see what it does, before running it, right-click on it then select EDIT and read the lines next to REM (Remark).

I hope this helps, if not, well....feel free to try any of the other suggestions or provide more info as asked. As mentioned, look at the Event Viewer to see if anything related was reported and probably was.

Good luck!
Okay I tried clicking on the web site and all I get is a site asking for a subscription for $45.00.
We feel better today and want to try to clear this mess up using the ideas from everyone's responses to this thread. Thankyou all for your support.

Voila...thankyou Tek_Freek. We tried this suggestion right away this afternoon and it worked. Now the printer is working as it should.

We want to thank everyone for their suggestions and ideas from this thread and the many DM's we received with helpful information. We copied all of your responses to print and filed them with our printer folder for any future problems that may arise.
