OK granted i was upset when I penned this- and my last concern was being grammatically correct. Yes I should always wait and compose myself ..and then the post.

Nevertheless the facts remain compelling; Even two days later we were receiving emails that said call the same customer service number that was not helpful the first 15 times. We were switched so many times that at one time we went back to the same person.
