I know how to create a basic form but what I want to do is NOT have the data sent back to me, but rather let someone with adobe reader open the form, fill it out, and save the form + data to their computer.

I KNOW this can be done because IRS forms have been like that for years but I will be dogged if I can figure out how to do it.

I have Adobe Pro 8.1.5........................

grannynancy,
Did you ever get an answer to your LiveCycle Designer question about allowing the end user to print a completed form? I need to do the same as we have internal forms that need the same process as you explained.
Thanks!
