The battery on my Toshiba A665 is only good for a little more than an hour. Is it possible to get a new longer lasting battery, or do I have to stay with the original. If so, any ideas on cost? Thx.

There are 12cells going for less on ebay. Or, you might find a 9cell is more bang for your buck. I bought 9 cell batteries for my A505 / L505 Toshibas for only $25 shipped. They worked great, too. 12cells were closer to $55-$75. I have both kinds, and I think it was a better deal to get two 9cells than one new 12.
