No

Ran the free RTM trial for 90 days on both my HTPC, and a second HDD on my main machine. Too few positives vs. negatives to upgrade IMO.

I might consider it if you paid me a $1000.

Nope....in fact I am now waiting to buy a new PC because of Windows 8. I had planned on getting a new one this year until 8 came along.

No, because at this point it would cost me at least $300 in new peripherals to make the jump. I'm a technet subscriber so I can upgrade for no extra cost any time I like. I have it on one physical PC (wife's) and a VM currently so I can work with it. No way it goes on my workhorse at this time.

Sure, I would. That's the best way to evaluate it ... use it.

As it is, I'm perfectly happy with XP Pro and Xubuntu, so I'm staying put.
