Has anyone dealt with this problem? My Dell Win. 8.1 shuts down too quickly before I can finish doing any of the suggested solutions? I have tried to get into safe mode by doing F8 on start-up but this doesn't work either and I don't understand the instructions of alternate way of getting into safe mode. Does anyone here have a solution to this problem?
