what happens if Ram and Hard Drive are not installed properly, what if I put the ram not all the way in, but on my laptop it says 8.00 GB for the ram which is exactly how much I put in, and the hard drive shows on the computer the right amount it should have, is there a chance that I didn't install either of them properly but it still shows as if I did on the computer? firefox keeps freezing and sometimes chrome is slow

If they aren't installed correctly, the computer won't start.

Outside of running browsers does your computer have these problems? If you log into YouTube and run a long video (30+ minutes) do the problems occur?

youtube is the main problem, the quality isn't good but its good on amazon so I guess it's youtube, but I notice the videos on youtube skip, not the seconds but what is being played, I can watch any length of youtube videos, sometimes it's a problem, sometimes it's not, the only problem I got on amazon video is the browser freezing but the video plays like it should, Norton also froze once and that never happened before I changed the hard drive and ram
