Anyone have an recommendations for alternatives to Adobe InDesign? Trying to deal with their support people on account issues has been a joke.

I mainly use the program to create brochures, fliers, ads, infographics, etc.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The only serious competitor is Quarkexpress, but no one uses it any more.

Thanks for the responses. I downloaded scribus - which has a similar feel to InDesign - but there are still a lot of kinks in the system. Trying the center or even right justify text is almost impossible.

I guess I will stick with InDesign. I love the product. Can't stand the support team. Once I get the current account issues resolved it should be smooth sailing.

do not even attempted to use MS Publisher.. It drives print production departments crazy and the final result is unpredictable at best.
