Ok. So:

- DISABLED the Dell Wireless 375, the one I installed yesterday.

- out of R297147 (I am going to memorize these numbers by accident??,) running "Inst" out of the Win64 folder. Again...

^^ WHEN I do that, I get this: "Internal Error" ...

And. Get this: MY PHONE but not my HEADPHONES now SEES the computer.. asks a "Passkey.." Can't connect..

The other devices say "Working properly." And yes, there IS a blue light on it from the USB Port.

Maybe I should re-enable the 375, just for kicks?

Will try to let it "Pair" again..

I did NOT do a System Restore and this IS Windows 7 Ultimate...

"Confirm Passkey is 050478 to pair"

Then it has an illongated "Pairing.."

Does NOT see the Headphones...

Then it says "Unable to pair. Incorrect PIN or Passcode."

Am I getting closer???

Oh, and. For the time being, and until this gets straightened out, I have Windows Defender OFF as well.
