I think the "service web" is may have been part of the manufacturers path to their help page and is throwing some of us olders into a gray area. JMO

It is a shame that we are forced to continue re-learning the same names differently. We oldsters remember the names, it is unfortunate the newby youngster coders make their own new names all the time.

that is what came up when I copied it and pasted it. Doesn't look anything like fields in the original registration page.
