Where Do Deleted Items Go

Since all the smart geeks are playing with this thread,what do I do with runtime error,no space for thread which is all Greek?? Win 7,I have looked at it on Microsoft but do not understand it.
How does this affect my day to day use???

This doesn't affect anything but the app that it happens to, and sounds like a programming issue with that app. How dramatic of an issue it is depends upon the developer, and how they handle these types of errors (I'm assuming not well, if you're getting a pop up error message about it).

What app are you using when it happens?

Perhaps not for you, and certainly not for me since I've been multi-booting various OSes for decades...but for someone who doesn't even understand the mechanism of file deletion it is completely and totally useless, you might as well talk to him in Greek as well as Geek, he'll comprende both the same.
