Hey all, Im not so tech savvy, so please bear with me.

My wife has the Macbook Pro 2017. Earlier this year, it wanted to update, so she allowed it. Updating to the OS 10.13.06 High Sierra.

Everything seems to work fine EXCEPT, her amazon prime account. She enjoys some shows on there, in particular "the man in the high tower". BTW, amazon works fine, just not for viewing shows.

It seems she clicks on a show, like she always would. The show come up, and starts, but only a black viewing screen is available. She can hear the movie as it plays, but no visual.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Have you tried other browsers or see if there's an update for the one she's using?
