I have Windows 7 with Google Chrome, not knowing I have allowed Auto Fill and now have a pronblem.
When I log in try to log in to CareMark CVS with password they ask for birthdate in mmdayyear, auto fill will show mm/day/year,login will accept only mmdayyear.
Our birthdates are in several places for our prescriptions, along with names and addresses.
I do not Know how to get around this,I would be happy to remove auto fill completely and do everything manually.

Not following.. When it autofills for you, press backspace or highlight and press delete key.

You can also clear autofill entries .

Click the Chrome menu icon. ...
Click on History, then click on History again in the menu that appears.
Select Clear browsing data. ...
At the top, choose “All Time” option to clear all saved data.
Make sure that the “Autofill Form Data” option is checked.
Click "Clear Data."

That will clear all of his autofill data, not just the one he wants. However, maybe he does want it all cleared.

Is there a way to clear Auto Fill from CareMark only and leave rest alone.
I am only partially signed into CareMark because they do not support Windows 7 but enough to get my prescriptions.
I am 88 and hate the thought of Win 10 along with giving up dialup at $100 per year unlimited.

Open Chrome and click on the 3 dots in the top right corner. Click on Settings. In the Search settings box type Passwords.
In the Autofill section that appears click on the arrow in the Passwords section. Find the one saved for Caremark and click on the 3 dots next to it and choose Delete or Remove.
I am typing this from memory so i might not be exactly correct.
