Hi guys/gals.I'm new here as you can see and can't load up.I get to my background and that's it,no icons,no start key,nothing but me at universal studios with little timmy sticking his finger in my ear.Any clues to how I can fix this.
If this helps,my adware ran out,so I downloaded a leech program.I think I blocked all items from start up and that's what the problem is,but I have no lineage for fixing computers,I can't fixem but I can lay them to rest after I smash them.lol,J/K.
Anyway all info is welcomed and appreciated.I really don't want my laptop in someone else's hands. thx again
Hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up task manager. If it does, click file, run, and enter "explorer" in the box. If explorer comes up, scan if for spyware and viruses. If not, run c:\windows\system32\rstrui.exe (system restore) and restore to a point when it did work.
Also using F8, select "last known good configuration", that may get you up and running. What exactly is this leech program?
