Is there a way to forward emails to another email account automaticlly?

I have two different company email accounts and I receive different emails all the time. I want to be able to get emails from both accounts on just one email account. Is there a way to check them both from one computer without having to do it manualy, or by the server?

It would be too difficult to have my contacts change their distrubution list.

They use outlook 03

Thanks

If I have confused anybody sorry.

Forwarding is done at the server. Talk to whoever administers your email about forwarding one address to another. Most likely, your company's email is hosted by an outside provider and someone at your company is responsible for setting up or deleting accounts and can forward your address to another.

BTW. Outlook can automatically check multiple email accounts easily. You just add both of them under Tools, Email Accounts if you can't get anyone to help with the forwarding.

You can probably use the rules wizard to forward emails to a different account by setting up some very broad criteria, but your company may not like all the activity - the server size police may jump on you for all the duplicate emails in your sent items.
