I have no idea what a Registry Booster is, and furthermore, the concept of a registry booster doesn't make much sense to me.
There are several good registry cleaning tools available for free that are quite useful. They should be used by a tech with some skills already in place, so a knowledgeable tech probably already has one or two of these.

Registry Booster is one of those programs that mysteriously shows up on people's systems. When I see it, I ask how it got there and if their registry needs boosting. When I get a blank stare, I remove it.
Don't buy or use either of them, in the hands of a novice thay can be dangerous.
I have Uniblue Registry Booster, which is recommended by Microsoft, for sometime, now. It cleans, repairs, and optimize your system. My confussion, as a novice, was that most of the forums' posters always refer as a "cleaner," and I was not aware that mine does everything, but the word, "Booster," was throwing me off. Thank you all for your help.

Are you kidding me? Please provide a link on Microsoft's website that recommends this app, uniblue software is considered crapware by many

They have a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner" logo on their web site (and in whatever other marketing they do, I'm sure) which people interpret as meaning they're endorsed by Microsoft. I've had other people tell me that this company is recommended by Microsoft too.
Is a Register Cleaner the same as a Registry Booster, or are they different? Thank you,
I am aware of the hazards of installing cleaners. Many are very dangerous because they give too much power to the user. Worse are malware or crapware programs masquerading as cleaners. One shouldn't pay for this sort of utility software. There are free versions that do the job just as well (as with firewalls and anti-virus software).
You could try a well-regarded program called Ccleaner. I'd give you the website but my post count doesn't support the forum's rules at the moment. For more information, and the website, search Ccleaner on Wikipedia.
Good Luck!
