This is now on sale at Best Buy for $549 but Id like to hear pros and cons about it first. Thanks.

Are you sure that M500 is HP? Toshiba uses the M500 series for their laptops and HP generally uses dv4/5/6/7 series for theirs.

Usually there are customer reviews on the Best Buy web site. If not, check to see if NEWEGG has the same computer and there should be reviews there too.
