I paid over $60 dollars at Walmart for color and B&W cartridges for my lexmark printer. I can't seem to find it any cheaper. Anyone able to find good deals on printer ink?

I order mine from eBay. HP wanted $40 for two ink cartridges for my printer.

Unless you REALLY need color, a laser printer has a much cheaper cost per page. And even color lasers are coming down in price pretty dramatically, so that's an option. I gave up on inkjets many years ago.

I think ebay is great and the shipping cost are ALOT less expensive then amazon. I usually just type in my printer name and model # in the search and they show equipment associated with it. Price to buy the actual printer,as well as ink prices sold separately.
***Give the model # for your printer and i'll take a look around***

I knew a guy a few years back who had several Lexmark printers. He bought new printers rather than replace the ink cartridges, because it was cheaper!
Yes, ink cartridges are a rip-off. For $60 you're probably getting less than 50 ml of useable ink. You can buy 500 ml bottles of (inkjet) ink for under $50.
I have a $2000 inkjet printer that I use, but because it uses eight 220 ml cartridges it costs less in the long run than would a cheap printer.
