I am confused about windows ultimate 7. I bought the program and now I can not figure out what is included in it. I thought Windows Publisher was on it or on my new computer but I dont see it. Yes I am not computer literate. I keep looking on google and on my box but I can not see publisher listed anywhere.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way I can see if its on my computer, I thought this was a standard program. Guess I may need to buy it...

I am not sure.

You might have gotten confused with a free trial offering of Office or Publisher included with your purchase with Windows 7?

Some computers come pre-installed with that stuff, but it sounds like you just bought the Windows 7 OS on disk.

In the meantime you can try a 60 day version here:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/pu...r/default.aspx

But the answer is NO. It is not (nor is any other Office program,) included in any version of Windows 7 that I know of.

Nor has it ever been included in any version of Windows, they are seperate entities.

The only *Office* proggie (that was NOT a trial version),
that I found on my set-up was Powerpoint Viewer.

That's not really part of Office, and it's free anyway.

Yea. Microsoft created that program so your friends that have Powerpoint can email you those stupid Powerpoint 'feel good' slideshow chain emails.
