I ordered a keyboard for my laptop from a store and paid and I told them I wanted it to be glossy 3 times and a week later I go to get it replaced and it wasn't glossy and I paid around $130 for a new one and then they said they have to order a used one since they don't have any new ones anymore, so I did and they are telling me I am only going to get back $15, the used one is only 15 dollars less than the old one, what the hell? what should I do?
This is why you pay for things with a credit card. Dispute the charge and let the vendor try to fight the card company. If you paid by cash or check, then you either suck it up or go to small claims court.
You paid $130 but then wanted something else that was $115 and got what you wanted plus the refund of the $15 difference in cost and your problem is what?
If your objection is the price of a used one, don't accept either but assume you may not be able to get a glossy one at all.
