Hello we are wondering you can estimate this work for us PASS it ON!

Our closing is scheduled on August 20th so work can start as soon as Aug 21 and we move in Aug 26...

It's about a 1500+/- square foot house that is been fully renovated with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and the work would be done when the house is empty. We want a sort of and estimate for budget reasons.

This is the things we want to have done:

* Install backsplash in Kitchen (we would buy the backsplash you would use your supplies, mounting adhesive and tools)

* Swap out granite single sink vanity top in master bath for double sink. A “T” connection tapped into the line coming in for the one sink. I know that putting in a "T" connection will slow the water pressure in the faucet when and if you are using both sinks - thats not a problem.

* Install shower stall door in master (Full tiled stand up stall) We will buy the shower door.

* Paint some rooms not sure which yet but the house is total of 1500 sq feet. If you use a paint supplier just tell us the paint brand we can pick out the color and you include that in your estimate since you would probably buy paint in a larger container rather then gallons.

* They even be more things that come up as we go so it could mean more work for you.

We need some references and have impeccable work ethic. Be neat and clean up after your work. We have heard about, and seen some real bad craftsmanship.

If you think you can do all this and have pride in what you do and be insured and with some references then we would consider working with you. Reply to this email with an ball park estimate so we can start getting all our info together -

Thank You.

In order for people to give recommendations for this you would need to post a location. Jay

I don't think it's fair for either you or the "handyman" to give you an estimate sight-unseen. You do not specify the size of your kitchen or how large your backsplash is, whether or not you want trim repainted as well as walls, etc. A reputable contractor/handyman/carpenter will come to your home, look at the amount of work required, and give you a free estimate.

If you want "impeccable work" be prepared to get an impeccable estimate and don't balk at it. IOW don't be a cheap ass and expect high end service.

Location would be nice too.
