I lived in Stamford from age 23-28 as a young professional working right on Summer St. I loved it and miss it...sigh. So many fun bars and restaurants, shopping, and so close to NYC. Just wish the schools were good as now I am in Suburbia and a slave to the public school system. You will enjoy Stamford- go for it. It's worth the money.
