I know one realtor and he focuses on West Hartford. He will show you houses in Middletown but his specialty is West Hartford real estate. If you want his contact info anyway, though, let me know.

What qualities do you prefer in an agent? I used to work out of a Middletown office and know quite a few agents who service that area.

hard to narrow down but i'll give it a shot..
one who when i first talk to them, comes across as bright and knows whats going on. one who doesn't get defensive whenever i ask a question or sends me mls listings for properties i've already looked at and didn't like. just someone who's got their act together.
