I wouldn't compared to Charlotte, ATL, San Antonio, Dallas etc. I'm in it all the time. Worst case, 10 minute delay, most times 5 minutes during rush hour.

I'm sorry, but who came here crapping up the place first making many references to the "miserable Northeast"?

Edit for clarity:

Sorry you can't handle sharp wit and smarts in return. Perhaps TX is better for you.

I already lived in NYC right after college for a year and a half. Been there, done that. I'm ready to settle in the burbs now.

Simple minded? Wherever did you get that from? That is rude in itself. You may believe you are being honest--that's just your perspective and we disagree. I, however, am not being disagreeable. There's the difference.

I do happen to love 80s/90s and humid weather. I wish it was like that in CT for a longer period of time. Winter sucks and is a major hassle to deal with. Can't even really enjoy the outdoors the same way you can in the summer. Winter for me is hibernation period. The only times I step outside is to walk to and from my car and apartment or work or whatever.

I choose not to argue with you, but say, have a good day! I choose not to stoop to your level.

That's the way it was for me. My last year in Boston was the year snow came up over the tops of the cars and I was cursing as I was shoveling snow to get to work and school. Within a few months I moved to Hawaii, then Los Angeles. When I get married I'll be back in Los Angeles, but not back to Boston. I love my family there, and I will go visit them, just not back to live. Sometimes I miss the four season, but the pros outweigh the cons.
