Don't go getting too overdramatic here.

Lesson hopefully learned for her....behave in class and stay out of trouble....it isn't rocket science.
If this guy wasn't smart enough to realize that touching a high school girls butt isn't appropriate, then he shouldn't be there. He's going to get what he deserves. Did you ever witness a teacher spank a high school student when you were in public school? I didn't.

The sexual assault charge is a passive agressive way to force the teacher to resign. It's that simple.

I remember in 8th grade getting into a fight, both being called into the principles office. Old school Mr Miller said "So, who won" with a small smile on his face.

We both agreed it was me. He explained how that's not acceptable etc and then I got the paddle first as my reward. LOL

I didn't go home screaming to my "mommy" that someone hit me. I took it like a man, because it was pretty obvious we should not have been brawling in the hallway. I think I was more okay with a quick paddle then my parents finding out I had a knock down drag out in the middle of the school. lol

You don't put your hands on anyone unless you need to defend yourself or someone else.

Yeah, slapping someone's ass would be 4th degree sex assault, look up the law.

Isn't there a procedure for people causing problems in a classroom, like calling security or something?

The profession of teacher is probably one of the most complex human activities, the life of a young student may be compromised by incompetent people.
unfortunately happens that the teacher claims undivided attention toward him not realizing that his professional-skills has no effect on the young students

" ecclesia cath-romana magister " .....eemmmm how to say.. maybe he is not the best on the list, just my opinion

1 agree 100% with Tetto.

It's a relief that justice was done in this case.
