I am currently living in SC after a six year stay in NY. While living in NY I went to Great Adventures, and on my way back I got lost in Stamford. I love this city, but moved back to SC do to things I couldn't control. Looking for any great ideas as to how a person with zero dollars can just up and move to a city and make it. I know this is crazy but I feel such a connection with this city and feel almost certain that if I can make it there, all of my dreams will come true.

You got lost and ended up in Stamford? Okay, well Stamford is a great city with a lot going for it. There are a lot of job opportunities there, but it generally considered to be one of the most expensive places to live. you do not say what it is you do for a living, but I am sure there would be opportunities for work there. The cost of housing though is pretty high and you will need money to rent a place (first months rent, security deposit, moving costs, etc.). If I were you I would start looking at jobs in the area and see what they pay. Generally, the pay is high in most fields to compensate for the high cost of housing. Good luck, Jay
