Apparently this property is a half-way house for sexual offenders among others. Wonder if late Ms. Grayson and or agency employing her (and thus sent her to this assignment) knew this.

It does seem reckless to send a lone female of any age into a place with known violent sexual offenders. Don't nurses usually work in pairs when dealing with those sort of patients either in hospital or as outpatients?

In any event Grayson family is getting lawyered up.

What a horrible thing to happen weeks before Thanksgiving holiday.

Terrible stuff. Mental health and addiction is an epidemic in this country and, unfortunately, this is just the tip of the iceberg. We have a whole generation of COVID children becoming adults, and it’s not going to be good.

Absolutely horrendous. And yes, I too wonder whether anyone knew and communicated the situation at that house. Feels negligent.

What a tragedy. She was a foster mom and a real pillar of her community. I am sure in her retirement she would have helped even more children and adults.

Laws are going to have to be changed and I am sure they will bear her name.
