It turns bad pretty quickly when you get south of North Avenue. There have been several murders in that neighborhood in the past few months.

I tried Pho Graden the week after it opened. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either: mostly a noodle restaurant at the time, though the proprietor said they had a limited menu but would have more. Their summer rolls were quite good. We'll definitely try it again in the next few months, assuming it stays in business.
