Me again. I have a question:
I have to change my commute Derby/ Shelton to White Plains,NY) time next week, but only for that week. My normal commute time is leaving at 6:15 and I dont really get much traffic......however, next week I need to be at work at 9:30 so I am wondering what time I would to leave to not get stuck too bad ion traffic. I know there will be traffic but I dont know the traffic pattern after my normal leave time at 6:15.
I need at least an hour.......If I leave at around 8:15 ish, how bad is the traffic?

Gets busy 8-8:30... stop and go....you'll maybe lose 20 minutes going under 30mph...To be there at 9:30? Leave at 8:00 and you'll give yourself a few minutes of extra time. Grab some coffee or something.
And just FYI... Dont ride the bumper, speed or weave during this congestion... people will pay you back for it. lol

You should never ride the bumper, speed or weave, even if people can't "pay you back for it".

What I thought you meant earlier was if you're in traffic, and are driving like an a**hole, you'll likely end up stopped next to someone who you just treated like garbage on the road. If there's no traffic, you won't. And how many times do scumbags drive 90+ on one side of the highway where there are no vehicles, but lose control and flip to the other side, killing another innocent driver? It happens A LOT.

It shouldn't be about people "paying you back", it should be about common courtesy and safety. Have a little respect for the law.
