This is to confirm daily parking at Stamford station is $8 for up to 16 hours. cash only
monthly pass is 70, which is a good deal.

warning: there are only booths for daily pay upon exit, meaning at times the lines can be long. There have been recent complaints of over 30 minute wait late at night because not all booths are manned. A new operating company trying to cut corners... and they've been admonished by the MTA.

warning: if you arrive late morning, all spots can be taken.

The garage at Stamford Station is not owned by MTA. It is owned by ConnDOT. MTA owns the Metro-North Railroad which is the operator of the trains but they have little to do with the station itself. Jay

Good catch, Jay. It indeed is ConnDot, not MTA in charge of the garage. And for the record the two subcontractors responsible are Chatanooga's Republic Parking Systems and New Haven-based Fusco Property Management.

70 per month's really awesome. Are all spots taken even if you have a monthly pass??

Fellas, please shed some insight.
